Block-Out l'avait annoncé en tant que rumeur sur sa Page Facebook, c'est confirmé, le réceptionneur-attaquant tricolore Yacine Louati rejoint les rangs du club polonais Jastrzębski Węgiel. La ville du club, Jastrzębie-Zdrój a des affinités avec la France, puisqu'elle est jumelée avec une ville française à la culture volley très prononcée, Tourcoing où se trouve le TLM Volley. Aussi le club polonais a accueilli en son sein d'autres internationaux français comme Guillaume Samica, Nicolas Maréchal, Julien Lyneel. Kevin Tillie a même failli y jouer, avant que Pékin ne rachète son contrat.

Yacine Louati, 1m92, 28 ans est natif de Tourcoing, c'est logiquement qu'il débute dans le club emblématique de la ville, le TLM Volley. Vite repéré, il poursuit sa formation au CNVB avant d'entamer sa carrière professionnelle en revenant dans son club d'origine, le TLM Volley. Il poursuit avec Montpellier UC, Prefaxis Menen (Belgique), Spacer's Toulouse, Chaumont VB 52, Padoue Volley-Ball (Italie), Volley Milan (Italie) avant de signer la saison prochaine pour Jastrzębski Węgiel.
